Corsani Ibrida La Gotica – Titanium nib

We were inspired by the charm of a Gothic cathedral, with its dark side aisles, the lamps in the chapels that look like stars, the play of colours in the rose windows struck by a sideways ray of sunlight.

Ibrida La Gotica is our last project in collaboration with Leonardo Officina Italiana, which gives a new shape to our most famous model.

The idea was born with the intention of using the smaller pieces deriving from the turning of precious, rare materials such as celluloid, a material that needs an expert level of craftsmanship, to create a pen that combines three distinct materials in its elements: the celluloid for the section, the piston knob and the cap rings, black resin for the body and titanium for the nib.

La Gotica is created on the basis of the ogival Cigar model by Leonardo Officina Italiana, with extended and sharp ends.

#8 size titanium nib with ebonite feeder made in house which provides a smooth writing experience with a subtle character. Both the metal finishes and the nib are in palladium. Filling system is the high capacity Leonardo piston made in house.
